Purpose: The study of this paper is to know the consumers satisfaction towards reliance on Jio.Design/Methodology: We have taken 6 variables (service quality, value-added service, perceived value, customer loyalty, support and consumer satisfaction) with 30 items fulfil our research objectives. In total, 520 people filled questionnaire out which 500 samples were completed reliable. Hence total sample size for was who selected randomly from India further, Amos SPSS software used test validity model hypothesis. Findings: revealed that there significant impact service customers only one factor loyalty has no satisfaction.
